Thank you for your interest in Uparte. The hereby document holds the conditions under which the use of this website is regulated. Terms and conditions apply, on the one hand, to Guillermo Cereza, with NIF: 47690415F, 1st and, on the other, to the person/s whom acquire through our website any product.

Uparte reserves the right to revise and modify the hereby conditions at any moment, therefore the buyer must always read them before placing an order.

The Order
All orders presuppose acceptance of prices and product description. Product orders are subject to availability and, in this sense, if the product ordered is not in stock or available, Uparte will inform in short notice and buyer will be given the possibility to change the order or cancel it and request the refund of all costs paid.

To place an order, the buyer will have to use the purchase online method. Once the purchase has been completed, the buyer will receive an e-mail acknowledging receipt of the order (Order Confirmation).

Uparte reserves the right to cancel any order if some anomaly was observed in the order placement or if the information given by the buyer was not filled out correctly.

Prices & Payment
All prices indicated in this website are in Euros and include VAT, if applicable.

Prices exclude shipping costs. Shipping costs will be added to the total cost of the order, depending on item and delivery location. They are calculated automatically at our e-shop.

If your purchase is done through uparte-notebooks.com, all orders must be paid exclusively in Euros.
